LTI gives a special thanks to Abyssinia for providing an offering toward the Swahili translation of the LTI material, which will be utilized at the new International Equipping Center in Tanzania, Africa.
Graduate Andrea Simon shared a dynamic and inspiring testimony at the service. She stated that the best part of the program was the practical projects and assignments that helped her apply what she was learning. Also, the small group activities required her to interact with other people, causing them to learn together and work effectively in a group. They developed a growing sense of community and team appreciation. Andrea feels that she now has the personal tools (and printed resources) to effectively lead in life, work, and ministry.
“Mother” Flora Washington inspired everyone as she shared how much she had grown and learned through the program despite being advanced in years. She declared that no one should allow their age, lack of education or experience hold them back from taking on life challenges such as completing the LTI program. She felt that her ability to communicate improved greatly and that she thanked God for it,and the new opportunities that are now available because of it!
Nicole Pritchett has been so impacted by the LTI Leadership Program, that she has decided to make her college degree focused on Organizational Leadership. She now hopes to have a career in Corporate Training!
Special thanks goes out to Nancy Haskins who has served as the Administrative Site Director for Abyssinia through four separate cycles of students. She organized all the training sessions and assigned the instructors, then she kept track of 49 different students, all their measurements, and assignments. God used Nancy to help 49 people graduate by completing all 12 modules. Well done!
