Start an International Site

Starting an LTI International Training Site is a strategic way to impact a nation by training leaders. LTI partners with churches and individuals to offer world-class leadership training to international locations around the world.

Your sponsorship of an International Training Site will sponsor the cost of sending an LTI trainer to conduct the start-up event at the international location. It will also provide LTI’s International Version of the LTI Curriculum, which is called the Site License Version.

The International Site License Version format is different from the USA Version. The Instructor’s Guide and Learner’s Guide are melded together to make one book. This greatly reduces the printing and translation costs for more affordable distribution.

Russian Version is 70% complete – seeking $6,000 sponsor for completion.

Summary of Int’l Training Site Requirements.

Modules: Commit to teach all 12 LTI Modules.
Schedule: Follow an approved two or three year training schedule option.
Start-up: All Instructors & Small Group Team Leaders attend start-up training.
Events: Conduct each training event, then hold a follow-up small group meeting.
Measurements: Each student completes the five training measurements.

What Does it Cost to Start an Int’l Authorized Training Site?

There are Two Fees:
One-time Start-up Fee  = $1,500
Annual Membership Fee  = $     500

Start-Up Fee Includes:

  • One CD containing Int’l Site License Version of curriculum
  • Certification & Implementation Workshop Manuals
  • Six Instructors Certified
  • One Administrator Certified
  • Unlimited Small Group Leaders Trained
  • One LTI Staff Trainer’s time for seminar

*Client covers LTI Staff Trainer’s travel and living expenses for the duration of the trip to and from the International location.
